An auto body mechanic and teacher who disliked the immense amount of sand dust in his body shops founded RoTOOL in 1980. The company was purchased in 1991 by the current owner/manager, Warren Arnold. RoTOOL started manufacturing multistage turbines in 1993, and our unique two stage self-cleaning filter in 1997. |

| RoTOOL multistage turbine vacuum systems are used for dustless sanding, dustless grinding, shop, vehicle and machine cleanup, and removing all kinds of scrap, dust, and contamination. |

| RoTOOL dustless sanding systems are used in autobody shops, wood working shops, solid counter-top manufacturing, fiberglass manufacturing and repair. Typical dustless grinding applications include concrete construction, welding and machine shops, dental labs, dentist's offices, etc. |

| RoTOOL vacuum systems are used for cleanup of glass, dirt, food, saw dust and similar materials. RoTOOL vacuum systems can be used for cleanup when contamination cannot be allowed in the air, as in food processing plants. |

| RoTOOL's unique two-stage, reverse air purge, self-cleaning filter is designed and manufactured by RoTOOL in the United States. The first stage is a true centrifugal separator where the air is spun ten times and 99% of the dust is removed from the air stream. This stage works so well, our filters will not load up for weeks, if not cleaned. In the second stage, the pleated filters are self cleaned with reverse air purge. Our filters are cleaned at night when the system is off. This method works better than trying to clean the filters during operation. RoTOOL's filters use only a few cubic feet of air per week and last 5 to 10 years. Our filters remove dust particles to 1/2 micron so you can route the air back to your shop. |

| RoTOOL manufactures multistage turbines for dustless sanding, detailing autos, and vacuuming the shop and offices with 106 water column inches of suction (7.8 inches of mecury suction). We only use totally enclosed, cast housing, fan cooled American motors. Our turbines are of the four bearing design which is a much stronger design and easier to repair. RoTOOL turbines can be operated 24 hours per day. |
